Md Atique Ahmed Ziad is a Software Engineer (Full Stack) currently working at Cefalo, where he is a part of the House of Math team. He is passionate about developing software that has a positive impact on people's lives. Md Atique has a strong background in open source development and has been a part of the Mozilla community since 2014. He has contributed to several open-source projects of Mozilla, including Web Extension APIs, Firefox DevTools, Firefox Add-ons, and Firefox Marketplace. Md Atique has relevant experience of 5.37 years and has worked with various tech stacks, including Java, Javascript, AWS, NodeJS, and MongoDB. He loves to play with these technologies and is always eager to learn new ones. In his current role, Md Atique has collaborated in developing the "Math Vault" feature from scratch and has implemented optimistic updates in UI for seamless user interaction. He has also improved the GitHub workflow, which has increased productivity by 10%. The tech stack used for this project includes Next.js, Redux, Cloud Functions, Sanity, Express, Tailwind, Heroku, and AWS. Previously, Md Atique worked at Aiva Labs and Vanilla Agency LLC as a Full Stack Engineer. At Aiva Labs, he developed the Bevy Notification Shopify App from scratch and scaled the notification feature to send notifications to 100K subscribed users at a time. At Vanilla Agency LLC, he developed six Shopify Apps from scratch that are being used by 500+ Shopify stores. Md Atique holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. He also completed his SSC from B.A.F Shaheen College, Dhaka, and HSC from Notre Dame College.
